Go Ape at Delamere Forest

Looking for family things to do in Cheshire where your bundles of energy can let off some steam? Delamere Forest is the perfect place to escape the crowds and go for a bike ride or watch the wildlife.

For the more adventurous, why not try Go Ape? This thrilling high ropes adventure park is set 12 metres up in the canopy and gives thrill seekers of all ages the chance to navigate through obstacles, tunnels and even zoom down zip wires.

The hall also offers space for ball games and families can even search for fairy doors in the gardens.

Anderton Boat Lift

The Anderton Boat Lift is just that – A magnificent creation built to lift boats up the canal from one river to another. The attraction was voted Visitor attraction of the year 2018 and has earnt its nickname the Cathedral of the Canals for a good reason.
