The Royal Quay building is based opposite The Albert Dock, where you can visit attractions such as The Three Graces, The Beatles Story and Tate Liverpool. If you fancy a spree, take a short walk to Liverpool One shopping centre, and nearby is the exquisite St George’s Hall. For a dose of real Scouse heritage, Mathew Street is worth a visit – home of the famous Cavern Club.
Guests staying at Royal Quay benefit from parking on a first come, first served basis for an extra charge of £12 per night.
South Ferry Quay, L3 4EE
Situated in a peaceful residential area, South Ferry Quay is slightly further out from the city centre, making it an ideal spot for families. Surrounded by other residential apartments, it is located within a 20-30 minute walk from the shopping area. Free residential parking is available outside the properties.

“Perfect base and excellent property”
We stayed in the penthouse apartment and it was excellent. Clean, well located and with stunning views over the city.
It was perfect for our family break. It is minutes from Liverpool one and parking is very nearby.

“Great place to stay”
The advice and support from staff when we picked up our key from the main office on duke st was great. We opted for the parking within the secure gated area. The apartment is easy to find with the main entrance just opposite the Baltic fleet public house. Access is via swipe token as is the apartment block. Very clean and tidy penthouse apartment with three bedrooms and two bathrooms. A large living area and a very well equipped kitchen. Lots of space for three young children to play. Only 5 minutes walk to Liverpool one and 4 minutes to the Albert Dock. Lots of places to eat and drink nearby if you need them. We fully recommend this apartment
